the Scholarship Award of UCP Chicago Women's Board. This individual scholarship is worth up to $5,000 and will be awarded to student for use during the 2009 - 2010 school year.
| Criteria for the scholarship
applicant include: |

student demonstrates proficient
use of assistive technology in a school setting. |
| |
• |
student's high school
is affiliated with UCP Chicago (through Infinitec Coalitions,
etc.) or student received training/therapy from UCP Chicago/Infinitec. |
| |
• |
student has been accepted
into an Illinois college. |
| |
• |
student maintains C+ grade
point average. |
| |
• |
student exhibits financial
need. |
| |
• |
student/college submits
quarterly reports containing grades, projects, clubs,
etc. |
